Disposal status
The above-mentioned unqualified products and related enterprises violated the provisions of the Regulations on Hygiene Supervision of Cosmetics, the Regulations on the Administration of Cosmetics Labeling, and other relevant laws and regulations. The State Medical Products Administration requires the drug regulatory authorities in Guangdong and Zhejiang Province to urge relevant manufacturers to promptly take measures such as recalling relevant products that have been marketed and sold in accordance with the law, file a case for investigation, and deal with it seriously in accordance with the law; The drug regulatory departments of Anhui, Beijing, Fujian, Gansu, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan, Hebei, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Ningxia, Qinghai, Shanxi, Tianjin, Xinjiang, Tibet, Yunnan and Zhejiang Provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) are required to order relevant business units to immediately take measures such as removing from shelves to control risks, and to thoroughly investigate the purchase channels of suspected counterfeit products, investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations, and transfer suspected crimes to the public security organs in accordance with law.
The above-mentioned provincial drug regulatory departments shall disclose the results of the handling of relevant enterprises or units within 3 months from the date of issuance of the circular, and the relevant situation shall be promptly filled in and reported to the State Medical Products Administration in the national cosmetics sampling inspection information system.
