The victim Nie bought a mobile phone for 1,500 yuan, and after the suspect failed to raise the price on the grounds of “contract machine” and “brushing the machine”, the criminal suspect violently snatched back the mobile phone, and beat Nie causing multiple rib fractures on his left side, and the injury was later determined to be minor injury of the second degree.

In the process of handling the case, the Shapingba District Procuratorate integrated the department’s elite forces to discuss the case, and assigned the procurator to actively guide the investigation and collection of evidence.

After strictly reviewing the evidence and interrogating the suspects in accordance with the law, on May 25, the Shapingba District Procuratorate decided to approve the arrest of two criminal suspects, including Guo Moumou, on suspicion of forced trading and intentional injury.

On June 15, the Shapingba District Procuratorate decided to approve the arrest of three suspects, including He Moumou, on suspicion of forced trading.

On July 13, after Li Moumou, a criminal suspect on the run, was arrested, the Shapingba District Procuratorate approved his arrest on suspicion of forced trading.
